Valentino Safe Co just teamed up with local Hobart builders renovating a heritage listed building built in 1842.

What once was a bank is now being converted to offices and required a decent operation to remove a few safes from the vault.

Careful planning, removal of windows for access, cranes and lots of muscle we successfully lifted a 4 ton Chubb Crane hinge safe out the building.

This safe built approx 1920 Is an absolute masterclass of quality workmanship. One of the heaviest safes I have moved and is sure going to look great in the shop for people to enjoy. !! It is on the list for a complete restoration back to its original condition.

Raccoon Dog and good mate Pete Cornelius and his original DeVilles will be rocking out in a long awaited appearance at Valentino Safe Co on Saturday July 11th.

Raccoon Dog , well known on the Tassie live music scene for their raw live performances bring solid real Americana bluesy rock with a their new line up. Original songs written by frontman Ben Wilson backed up by Dan and Kyle Lizotte, Henry Rippon and Rudy Valentino.

Pete Cornelius and his original DeVilles with be joining Raccoon Dog on the night as the special guests, the bluesy goodness of the DeVilles will be a great kick off for the night of live Tassie original music.

Another old Chubb safe beautifully restored for a special client.

Always enjoyable bringing these lovely old safes back to life !!
External colour is Pewter and internally a nice light grey. Great colour combo in a 2 pac solid paint for the high gloss.
