🦁🌙 Stage 2 Zoo Snooze Adventure! 🐘🐾

Last term, our Stage 2 students enjoyed an unforgettable overnight adventure at Taronga Zoo! 🦒🐨

From exploring the zoo and discovering incredible wildlife to experiencing the excitement of spending a night surrounded by the sounds of the animals, it was certainly an experience to remember! 🌿✨

Our students had an amazing time making memories with their friends, learning about wildlife and enjoying this very special adventure beyond the classroom.

A special thank you to our wonderful teachers who gave up their time to accompany the students overnight. Your dedication, enthusiasm and willingness to go above and beyond helped make this experience possible and so memorable for our students! 💚

What a wild adventure! 🦓✨

📚🎭 A Night at the Library! ✨

Our Stage 2 students stepped into a world of imagination and adventure during their exciting excursion to the State Library of NSW!

Students were treated to Bell Shakespeare’s magical production, A Night at the Library, as part of the Library’s 200th anniversary celebrations! 🎉

Through an incredible live performance, students followed the journey of a young character who discovers that libraries hold far more than just books! From historical figures to beloved literary characters, the performance brought stories, history and imagination to life. 📖✨

What a fantastic opportunity for our students to experience the magic of live theatre and discover the power of storytelling beyond the classroom! 💙

🏉🏆 PAUL KELLY CUP STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS 🏆🏉

What an incredible achievement for Lilli Pilli! 💙💛

Yesterday, our boys and girls AFL teams travelled to Tuggerah to compete at the Paul Kelly Cup State Championships, taking on some of the very best school teams from across NSW.

After an outstanding day of footy, BOTH teams fought their way through to the semi-finals! 🙌🔥 While their State Championship journeys ended there, the results speak for themselves…

🥉 GIRLS – 3RD IN NSW!
🏅 BOYS – 4TH IN NSW!

To have two Lilli Pilli teams finish in the TOP FOUR IN THE STATE is an absolutely phenomenal achievement! 🌟

We could not be prouder of the determination, teamwork, sportsmanship and school spirit shown by every player. From the first round of the competition all the way to the State Championships, these students have represented Lilli Pilli with pride and given it everything they had. 💪💙💛

A HUGE special mention and thank you to Mr Paget, Miss Mollross and Scott Arnold for the countless hours spent coaching, training and supporting our teams throughout their Paul Kelly Cup journey. 👏

What a season. What an achievement. What a team effort!

3rd and 4th in NSW — Lilli Pilli, you should be incredibly proud! 🏉🏆💙💛

Year 1 brought their science learning to life today! 🌿🍂☀️❄️

Our students created their very own season dioramas, showing what they’ve learned about weather and how plants and animals change throughout each season. 🌱🐦🌦️

We were also delighted to welcome parents and carers into the classroom to see the incredible work our Year 1 learners had created. ❤️

What a wonderful day of hands-on learning and discovery! We are so proud of the curiosity, imagination and enthusiasm our Year 1 students showed today. 👏🌟
