Cantabile Piano Studio Music Methods:

Our main goal at Cantabile Piano Studios is to fulfill the needs of students of all calibre by supporting students through the learning process. Delcroze’s eurhythmics underpins our philosophy as it focuses on educating students as a “whole person” as opposed to applying only the fingers and brain in the development of musicianship and artistry. Kodaly’s meth

od also underpins our philosophy as his teaching comments that “writings are the notions that a person cannot be complete without music and that music serves to develop a person on all levels – emotionally, spiritually and intellectually” (Kodaly, 1994). We are determined to support students on all levels through challenges they might face when engaging in tasks approached whilst highly effectively and efficiently utilizing the resources available within the studio.
