Are you passionate about working with children and looking to begin your career in Early Childhood Education?

We are a warm and welcoming childcare centre located in the heart of beautiful Leura, surrounded by nature and a supportive community. We are currently seeking a full-time Trainee Educator to join our dedicated team.

This is a wonderful opportunity to earn while you learn, gaining hands-on experience while working towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

🌸 About the Role
As a Trainee Educator, you will:

Support our experienced educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning programs

Assist in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment

Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members

Learn about child development, routines, and early learning frameworks

Participate in ongoing training and professional development

🌿 About You
Passionate about working with children

Warm, caring, and enthusiastic

Reliable and eager to learn

Excellent communication skills

Willing to enrol in or currently enrolled in Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Hold (or willing to obtain) a Working With Children Check
