Missing

From jamming on random instruments, The Wild Robot movie night, wandering through the Dolphin Discovery Centre, to soaking in Margaret River’s dreamy seaside scenery and vineyard views… this trip was definitely a core memory unlocked, even with deadlines being chased in the background 😂

And in between all the adventures? Sweet pauses with the real star of the trip, Melting Moments by
Soft, buttery, and gone in seconds. Yum!! 😋

So nice to finally meet my pen pal from last year in person. Your passion for children’s books and storytelling is truly contagious! Wishing you all the very best as you step into this new chapter as a visual art teacher. Your students are so lucky to have you! 💓

Right in the middle of my illustration deadline, my husband sent me a photo of us from 8 years ago, all dressed up, and ready for dinner.

At the exact same time, my kid took a video of the current reality… messy house, laundry basket in my arms, chaos everywhere!! 🤣

For the record, I now work with two iPad easels:
• The sitting-down one, my “thinking” easel, where serious art happens.
• The standing one, where I just loosen up and color… usually between loads of laundry. 🫠

The world feels uncertain lately, but we can still choose how we show up. Let’s do everything with love. ❤️
