On Friday, 28 August 2026. Students have the option to wear purple accessories (with full school uniform) for Wear It Purple Day.

🌼At recess in the Wellbeing Hub, students can join fun activities and get valuable information from Headspace, who will be there to support them.

🌸Wear It Purple Day is an important event dedicated to supporting LGBTQIA+ youth, promoting inclusion, respect, and a safe environment for all students.

🌿🐛Year 7 have been enjoying the Kitchen Garden program with the experience of growing and harvesting herbs and vegetables. They investigated the seasonal and sustainable aspects of food production and manage soil, water and care needs including protection from bugs and local wildlife. 🌿🐛

Today, our students had the honour of attending the Vietnam Veterans Day commemorative service at Mawson Park, Campbelltown. This important event reminds us of the courage, sacrifice, and dedication of those who served in the Vietnam War. We pay our deepest respects to the veterans and their families, acknowledging their bravery and the lasting impact of their service. Let us continue to honour and remember their contribution to our nation’s history.

🎉 Congratulations to Year 11 student Ella H for being selected to attend the NRL School to Work Program’s Youth Summit Camp! 🎉

Ella will proudly represent Leumeah High at this year’s camp in Week 4. We were thrilled to join her jersey presentation on Tuesday, 4th August, where she received her official West Tigers jersey to wear during the camp.

During the winter school holidays, Ella showcased her incredible artistic talent by dot painting footy boots for some of the West Tigers NRLW players. At the jersey presentation, she had the special honour of presenting one of her painted boots to a player.

Well done, Ella, on these amazing achievements – we’re so proud of you! 👏🏉
