This absolutely astounds me to be completely honest. On numerous occasions this along with numerous others have been reported to the Chairman of Racing Victoria’s Integrity Department along with the Integrity Liaison Officer for Racing Victoria & Racing Australia. Racing Victoria can’t even reply to an email. Where is the honesty & integrity in racing anymore? Yes Ryland Thoroughbreds Pty Ltd are in External Administration through Mackay Goodwin yet they have not paid any invoices to trainers.
Police Report lodged.

Furthermore as also provided Mr Grob stated that he fixed up the bill at Welshpool when infact Welshpool has contacted me since to state that he hadn’t paid the bill.

According to Mr & Mrs Grob there was no contact. However if you look at dates correctly and at a later date after there had been numerous conversations via email. Horse was still signed out of owners names illegal after the first contact. Also before anyone says regarding the administration not paying out to trainers etc why would they ask Mr Darren Dance if he was owed any money?

Well Racing Victoria, Flemington Racecourse and Victoria Racing Club & Racing Australia you have a lot to answer for. I’m looking forward to sitting down with 7NEWS Melbourne & The Herald Sun to get this story out there when I cannot get straight answers in regards to people forging my signature to take horses etc etc. I point out Animal Welfare breaches & Animal Cruelty by the Lender, Solicitor & Administration along with breaches of ASIC Rules & Regulations so the Solicitor immediately gets the Sheriff of Victoria to serve an Eviction Notice. Corruption is rampant & has all been supported by the Police, Racing Victoria & numerous others. Maybe now I’ll get the answers to the questions that need answering.

OMBRA SIERRA i cannot believe that they killed you sweetheart. Just 1 on the horses starved & abused while Ryland Thoroughbreds Pty Ltd is in External Administration. Animal Cruelty is not acceptable yet when it’s done by an ASIC Approved Administrator on instructions from a Legal Firm with the approval of Racing Victoria’s Equine Welfare Department Representative Ms Jenny McIntosh at the time in voice conversation & in writing with my Solicitor have stated for the “RECORD” that they were working with Ms Hausler.

Today’s Corruption: Mr Ali Ajani - (Finance Broker), Mr Tedros Yabio - (Solicitor/Conveyancer) & Mr Senay Araya - (Real Estate Agent). All 3 members have been part of the process of Obtaining property by deception along with intentionally starve horses & assisting in Animal Cruelty. In addition to these giving away assets belonging to Mr Luke Ryland & not paying any Horse Trainers as required under ASIC Rules & Regulations. These 3 individuals are amongst others including NWC FINANCE, ERA Legal & MACKAY GOODWIN Asset Management.

As Ryland Thoroughbreds Pty Ltd was entered into External Administration on the 27th October 2025 that means that they are responsible for feeding the horses, along with Veterinary services required. None of which were provided resulting in numerous horse deaths, multiple surrenders to the RSPCA & more given away.

As per screenshots provided I have contacted the Australian Federal Police & the RSPCA for further investigation.

Today’s Exposure of Corruption:

As Racing Victoria in particular the Chairman of Integrity Stewards who is responsible for upholding the integrity of the Racing Industry in Victoria have been avoiding a reply to any emails along with certain trainers also attempting the same tactics of making the “false statement of myself not replying to emails” as per Mrs Grob of Grob Racing in Geelong after the theft of horse named “Suspect” without my signature or other owners signatures. As previously provided Mr Montgomery of the Racing Victoria Integrity Stewards had given myself a “Formal Warning” in response to retired racehorses & broodmare conditions when a barristers letter addressed to Mr Montgomery & Racing Victoria shows tha Mr Luke Daniel Ryland has not had any control of the Equine Athletes since 2022. Mr Montgomery himself has lied when it comes to contacting Mr Luke Daniel Ryland earlier this year when in fact Mr Montgomery (Chairmanship of Integrity Stewards - Racing Victoria) in fact emailed myself on the email address that I had indeed been contacting Racing Victoria on previously without response. Racing Victoria & in particular Mr Montgomery have previously bullied numerous participants within the racing community.
