Wise Owl Learning I am a registered primary school teacher, THRASS Instructor and literacy specialist. I offer literacy coaching from pre-school to year 8 students.

Wise Owl Learning offers support for students (and parents) to build reading, writing, spelling and handwriting skills, thereby improving their literacy outcomes. Teaching is aligned with the National Curriculum and uses the evidence based THRASS approach (www.thrass.com.au). Sessions run for 50 minutes, either face to face (Briar Hill / Greensborough) or Zoom. Games and activities are used to build confidence and to consolidate the key principles taught. Please contact me if you would like any further information.

It has been such a joy to slow down since moving to Northern NSW and so I have decided not to take on any new clients. I’m still not quite able to use that R word yet, but I’m definitely living a more leisurely lifestyle 😂

I have closed my Wise Owl Learning website and email account but if you need to contact me, you can email [email protected] or call 0438 394 875.

Now that we have completed our interstate move, I'm pleased to offer THRASS-based, online literacy support again. For details, please message me via Facebook, email (michelle@wiseowllearning), or phone (0438 394 875).

Great fun!!

My moment of fame 😂Seriously, it is such a joy and privilege to teach with THRASS and to train others how to do so.
