Harmony Lennox Head, is expected to open its doors early 2020. The centre will cater for up to 98 children aged from 6 weeks to 5 years, with dedicated activity rooms and a huge outdoor play area to make the most of Lennox Head’s natural surroundings and coastal lifestyle.

🚒 Look who came to visit Harmony 🚒

Following lots of questions about fire safety after our recent practice evacuation, we welcomed our local Fire Brigade for a special visit!

Our Preschool children enjoyed a fire safety chat, followed by exploring the fire truck and meeting the firefighters. Echo and Aura even had a turn with the fire hose… including a very enthusiastic sq**rt at their teachers!

A huge thank you to our local Fire Brigade for such a fun, hands-on learning experience!

Keeping our little learners safe is always our highest priority 🤍

Last week, the children at Harmony Early Education Lennox Head participated in a practice fire evacuation. Guided by their educators, they calmly followed all safety procedures, held onto the safety rope, and safely walked to our designated assembly area across the road.

Regular evacuation drills help children become familiar with emergency procedures, ensuring both children and educators know exactly what to do should a real emergency ever occur. We are so proud of how confidently and responsibly everyone participated! 🚒

This week, our Preschoolers at Harmony Lennox Head had a very special visitor... 🦒💛 Healthy Harold!

The children were so excited to meet our furry friend and enjoyed a fun, interactive session all about understanding big feelings. Together, they explored practical strategies to help with self-regulation, building important skills to support their emotional wellbeing every day.

It was wonderful to see so much enthusiasm, curiosity, and thoughtful participation. Thank you, Healthy Harold, for helping our little learners grow in confidence and resilience! 🌈✨

What a perfect week for Pyjama Week! With this wild weather, our cosy PJs couldn’t have come at a better time.

A huge thank you to all of our wonderful Harmony Lennox Head families and educators for getting involved and supporting such an important cause. Together, we raised $138.25 to help children in foster care.

Last week in Echo, we celebrated NAIDOC Week through art, conversation and hands-on learning.

The children continued exploring Aboriginal symbols through painting, discussed the deep connection Aboriginal people have with Country and how we can care for the land, created a collaborative artwork using natural dyes and materials, and enjoyed baking delicious lemon myrtle bush tucker muffins.

It was a wonderful week of learning, creativity and connection.

Last week, our Echo and Aura studios welcomed Fern the Frog for a special sustainability incursion! 💚

Fern helped the children explore important topics including life cycles, caring for our environment, sustainability and the small actions we can take to make a big difference for our planet.

The children loved learning about these topics, and were absolutely wowed by her impressive hula hooping skills!!

Thank you Fern the Frog for helping us take a big leap towards caring for our planet.
