THE WOMAN WHO'S CROSSING THE FINISH LINE DISCONNECTED

If you're crawling toward the end of the year feeling…
disconnected from the life you built
functioning on composure while your body is braced
holding it all together for everyone else
wondering why you're exhausted even when nothing is "wrong"
This isn't burnout.
This is the cost of living a whole year with parts of you you never slowed down long enough to meet.

And most women will sprint straight into 2026 pretending they're fine , carrying the exact emotional patterns that made this year feel so heavy.

THE REAL COST OF NOT CLOSING OUT A YEAR ENERGETICALLY
When you don't pause to clean up the year internally, here's what actually happens:
The same survival patterns run the new year.
The same triggers follow you into your relationship.
The same resentment shadows your parenting.
The same self-doubt sabotages your business.
The same emotional loops you avoided become the baseline you create from.

A new calendar doesn't create a new version of you.
If anything, it amplifies whatever you're already carrying.

THIS ISN'T GOAL-SETTING. IT'S COMPLETION.

Women think they need a better plan, a fresher vision board, or stronger discipline for 2026.
But what they really need is energetic completion.
A moment to stop.
Feel.
Name what was real.
Release what was heavy.

Let go of the younger parts who ran the year.
And choose who is actually leading them forward.
You cannot create a new chapter with the nervous system of an old one.
Before you set goals, you have to end the year inside yourself.

THE WORKSHOP
I'm hosting a powerful end-of-year session for women who are done sprinting into a new year with the same emotional patterns.
𝗘𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥, 𝗘𝗡𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗡𝗦
An embodied, truth-led, energetic completion workshop.
We'll explore:
The part of you that ran 2025
The patterns you're ready to release
Agrounded process for emotional closure
A heart-led recalibration for 2026

This isn't mindset work.
This is you ending the year with your truth, not your trauma patterns, in the driver's seat.
**I'm opening up 3 guest passes.**
If you want one of them:

DM me "GUEST" and I'll send the details.

If 2025 felt heavy…you're not alone.
Maybe you've just outgrown the woman who survived it.
Let's close out this year in a way your future self will thank you for.

The Cost of Disconnection in Relationship

Disconnection doesn’t always look like distance.
Sometimes it looks like composure.

You think you’re being calm,
but what your partner feels is absence.

Because when you live in your head,
you might look emotionally steady,
but your body is broadcasting unavailable.

You’re there, but not here.
You’re listening, but your system is scanning.
You’re responding, but your tone is flat, rehearsed, efficient.

You call it regulation.
They feel it as rejection.

That’s the real cost of disconnection.
Not big fights or blow-ups,
but the slow, silent drift into parallel lives.

You start managing the relationship instead of feeling it.
Conversations become logistics.
Touch becomes routine.
Intimacy turns into performance.

Because it’s hard to let someone all the way in
when you’re still holding your breath.

The irony is..
the part of you that learned to stay calm
was trying to keep connection.

Don’t rock the boat.
Don’t overwhelm them.
Don’t be too much.

But that strategy became the very thing creating the gap.

Your body knows it.
It tightens when they reach for you.
It numbs or shuts down when you try to talk.
It flinches when love feels near,
because love requires exposure.

And you can’t be exposed
while you’re still armoured.

So before you try to fix the relationship, ask yourself:
Can I feel my feet on the ground right now?
Can I take a full breath without my chest tightening?
Can I stay present when they look at me, like really look at me?

If the answer is no,
that’s not a relationship problem.
That’s a nervous system problem.

You can’t create intimacy from a braced body.
Connection doesn’t happen in your head, it happens in your presence.

And presence asks you to stop performing calm
and start actually feeling safe.
Not safe from them.
Safe with yourself, while being with them.

❤️ Success Starts in the Home

It wasn’t a big awakening that changed me.
It was the small, uncomfortable moments of
hearing my own tone echoed in my daughter’s voice,
watching my partner shut down as I defended instead of listened,
noticing how quickly I’d disconnect when things felt too much.

Even after years of personal development and inner work , the mindset shifts, the healing, the awareness...I could still find myself armouring up when I felt misunderstood or unseen.

And I realised it’s because all that work had been done in isolation.
I’d learned how to understand myself
but not how to stay open in the moments that mattered most.
I’d worked on my mind, even my body
but I hadn’t yet learned how to integrate that work into my relationships.

It wasn’t until I spent 12 months fully meeting myself ..and the parts I'd spent decades avoiding or escaping.

The fear.
The control.
The masks.
The patterns I’d built to stay safe

And met that all with love, with compassion, with forgiveness that everything began to shift.
Because inner work isn’t just about you..
it’s about how you relate.

Real transformation happens when the mind, body, and spirit begin to move together,
when awareness meets embodiment,
and the heart becomes the place you lead from.

It’s not in the big breakthroughs or dopamine hits,
it’s in the everyday moments.
When you pause instead of push.
When you breathe instead of bite back.
When you feel the ache under the anger and stay open long enough to be changed by it.
When you repair instead of retreat.

That’s where the real work happens.
That’s where love becomes truth.
That’s where spirit begins to lead.

Because success isn’t just about what you build out there.
It’s about what you nurture in here..
in your home, your relationships, your heart.

Success starts in the home.
In the heart.
In the places where love meets truth.

AWARENESS ISN’T ENOUGH ❌

You can know every reason why you react the way you do.
Why you shut down in conflict.
Why your child’s big emotions make your body tense.
Why you crave closeness in your relationship but pull away when it gets too real.

You can know it all and still repeat it.

Because awareness doesn’t equal change.

It’s easy to stay in your head about healing.
To talk about nervous systems, patterns, inner children, and energy and still find yourself gripping, defending, fixing, proving.

You can understand it perfectly… and still not be living it.

That’s the cost of awareness only healing:
You sound evolved, but you still feel disconnected.
You know the pattern, but you can’t stop replaying it.
You teach safety, but you still don’t feel it in your body.

Because it’s not awareness that transforms you, it’s integration.
It’s embodiment.
It’s what you do in the moment your nervous system fires.

It’s when you breathe instead of bite back.
When you soften instead of control.
When you stay instead of shut down.

That’s where everything shifts
in your relationships, your parenting, your leadership, your self.

You can’t think your way into new patterns.
You have to live your way into them.

So next time you feel the trigger rise
don’t analyse it.
Feel it.
Breathe with it.
Respond differently.

That’s the work.
That’s integration.
That’s where everything you’ve learned finally becomes who you are.

This is for the mum who knows… it’s not just her daughter’s behaviour, hormones or moods.
It’s the mirror being held up reflecting something deeper.

If you’re ready to pause, reflect, and take the first step to shift your relationship (with her and with yourself)… this is your sign.

𝗠𝗼𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿–𝗗𝗮𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗴𝗲𝗿𝘀: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗵

Your daughter is not here to test you.
She is here to show you what’s unresolved in you.

Not as punishment.
As initiation.

The parts of you that were judged, shamed, or silenced as a girl…
are the very parts you now judge, shame, or silence in her.

Her fire awakens the voice you swallowed to stay safe.
Her neediness stirs the places you abandoned yourself to be loved.
Her defiance collides with the power you had to lock away.
Her tears summon the grief you never got to shed.
Her self-doubt mirrors the places you still question your own worth.

And this is where most mothers stop:
caught in the loop of judgment →reaction → guilt.

But here’s the deeper medicine:
A trigger is not of the mind.
It lives in the body.
In the nervous system that still remembers how unsafe it felt to be too much, too loud, too needy, too angry, too sensitive.

Which is why no amount of logic dissolves it.
You can’t out-think a trigger.
You have to meet it in the place it was born.

In the body.
With presence.
With compassion.

This is the work, to reclaim the parts of you, you once abandoned.

Because your daughter does not need your perfection.
She needs your wholeness.

And every time she triggers you…
she is holding out the mirror that says:

This part of you is ready to come home.

Meeting my teen and myself.

This is me at 14.
Laughing, smiling, looking like everything was fine.
But inside, there was a storm.
A girl who was angry.
A girl who felt misunderstood.
A girl who was carrying parts of herself she didn’t know how to show.

The other day, when my daughter raged at me,
this girl woke up inside me.

The one who wanted to slam doors, scream back, prove herself right.

I felt the chemicals fire through my body, the fight rising fast.
And it wasn’t just my daughter’s rage I was meeting, it was my own.

I also felt the mother in me wanting to take back control.
To threaten consequences, ground her, take away her phone, shut her down.

Both parts fighting for power.
Both fuelled by the same old fire.

But instead of reacting, I paused.
I breathed.
And later, I came back to her, the 14-year-old me.

I let her be angry.
I let her be seen.
And I gave her the love and safety she needed.

Only when I could meet her, could I truly meet my daughter.

So instead of fighting back, I said:
“I don’t want to fight with you. I love you. And I’m sorry if I made you feel unheard.”

And she softened.
She asked me for a hug.
She apologised too.

But here’s the important part..
love doesn’t mean letting the behaviour slide.

Later, when we were both calm, I said to her:
“I know you were angry, but the way you spoke to me wasn’t okay. I love you, and I want to hear you, but we need to find a way to communicate without hurting each other. What were you really needing me to hear in that moment?”

And in that space, she could reflect.
Not from shame.
Not from punishment.
But from connection.

This is the work.
Not just parenting our kids.
But re-parenting the parts of us that were once abandoned.

Because what was judged in us, we judge in ourselves.
And what we judge in ourselves, we judge in them.

Our children don’t need our perfection.
They need our wholeness.

And every trigger is an invitation to bring those lost parts of us back home.

The Mother–Daughter Mirror

One thing I know for sure?
Our daughters don’t just test us.
They mirror us.

Her slammed door.
Her rage.
Her silence.
Her hunger for more.

It’s not random.
It’s the exact place where your leadership is being called forward.

Her perfectionism mirrors the part of you that still pushes for flawless instead of finished.
Her demands mirror the part of you that still struggles to receive without guilt.
Her defiance mirrors the part of you that still mistakes control for safety.
Her anxiety mirrors the nervous system you haven’t yet learned to soften.
Her silence mirrors the part of you that still hides your needs.

That’s why it feels so confronting.
Because it’s not just her growing up.
It’s you too.

Here’s what most mothers miss:
She isn’t here to carry the weight of your survival patterns.
She’s here to become herself.

And every mirror moment asks you to choose:
Control or connection.
Fear or presence.
Survival or truth.

Because the way you meet her fire, her silence, her hunger for more…
is the way she learns to meet herself.

That is the legacy. ✨

Parenting: What’s Mine to Own ✨

As a parent, you don’t just raise a child.
You are invited into the deepest apprenticeship with yourself.

Because your daughter…
She will challenge you, mirror you, resist you, and bloom before your eyes.
And in all of it, she is showing you you.

Where you grip, where you soften.
Where you hold too tightly, where you’re afraid to let go.
Where the stories of your own girlhood rise up in your body, unhealed and still whispering.

Parenting isn’t hard because of her.
It’s hard because of the weight we carry
our own unmet needs, our inherited patterns,
the fear of her becoming “too much” or “not enough,” the terror of losing her love as she grows.

But here’s the truth:
When you let go of needing your daughter to perform, to please, to behave,
when you see her wholeness exactly as she is…
That is where the bond deepens.
That is where parenting becomes a sacred path of love, healing, and expansion.

🌸 And this is why I created the Mother–Daughter Retreat for girls aged 12–14.

Because these years are the most fragile and formative.
She is standing at the edge of girlhood and womanhood, unsure where she belongs.
And you are being asked to hold her not from control, but from truth.

This retreat is not just a weekend away.
It is a rite of passage for both of you.

Together, across sacred connection, ceremony, and embodied practice, you and your daughter will:
✨ Remember what it feels like to truly see and be seen
✨ Heal what’s yours to own, so she doesn’t carry it forward
✨ Anchor a bond that will carry you through the storms of adolescence
✨ Create memories that remind her, again and again: she is loved, safe, and free to be herself

Parenting will always ask: What’s mine to own?
But you don’t have to walk that question alone.

This is the medicine I’ll be bringing into a special retreat for mothers + daughters soon.

💌 DM me ‘RETREAT’ if you’d like details.

✨ The Deeper Grief ✨

I thought I had worked through the resentment I carried toward my father.
I’d forgiven. I’d accepted. I’d told myself: what happened, happened, and it couldn’t have happened any other way, because it didn’t.

But recently, something cracked open again.

I asked my dad to lend me money.
He said, “Let me think about it.”

But the money never came.

And it wasn’t about the money.
It was about what it symbolised:
👉 Safety.
👉 Presence.
👉 The sense of “I’ve got you.”

When he didn’t give it, every younger version of me-the 4, 7, 11, 14, and 17-year-old rose up inside me.

And underneath it all, I heard the whisper:
“You owe me.”

But here’s the deeper grief I hadn’t touched until now:
It wasn’t just about what he couldn’t give.
It was the grief of the father I never had.
And the grief of all the years I abandoned myself by waiting for him to show up differently.

💔 My 4-year-old wanted to scream:
“Why don’t you see me?”

💔 My 17-year-old wanted to rage:
“Why the f**k am I still waiting? Why am I still hoping you’ll step up?”

That’s the messiest truth about money and father wounds:
It’s never about dollars.
It’s about safety. About being chosen. About being backed.
It’s about the little girl inside who still hopes one day she’ll be worth it.

And the deeper grief is this:
She’ll never get it from him.
She’ll never have the father she longed for.
And I’ve kept her waiting anyway.

That’s what broke me open in that room of 13 women.
Lips quivering.
Tears streaming.
Grief shaking through me.

Not because I hadn’t done the work.
But because my body was finally safe enough to feel what it had been carrying all along.

And in that feeling, I touched the deepest accountability:
✨ To stop waiting for someone else to give me what they can’t.
✨ To stop holding onto the expectation that the past should have been different.
✨ To reclaim my power by meeting myself in truth.

The truth is: no one owes you anything.
And it’s okay to grieve that.

Because when you stop waiting for someone else to give you what they can’t, you stop abandoning yourself.

And on the other side?

I met myself.
Not the girl still waiting.
Not the woman still resenting.
But the one who could finally hold it all.

This is the depth I’m willing to go within myself.
And it’s why I can hold women in theirs.

10/09/2025

I’ve learned how to be vulnerable in my relationship.
To let my guard down.
To let myself be held.

That’s taken me years.
And for someone who’s been the strong one, the independent one, the “I’ll carry it all” one for decades it’s been massive.

But in business?
That’s still where I get stuck.

I notice myself slipping into the version of me that looks fine.
The one who’s wise, capable, got it together.
And yeah, sometimes that’s true.
But not always.

Because the truth is… I doubt myself.
I have messy days.
I fall back into old patterns.
And I still catch myself bracing, proving, performing strength.

For so long I thought if people saw that side of me..the cracks, the chaos, the not-together parts, I’d lose respect.
That to be trusted, I had to look like I had it handled.

But I know now… authenticity and vulnerability can’t be separated.
You can’t have one without the other.

I’ve learned how to be held in my relationship.
Now my edge is letting myself be held in my business too.

Because the magic isn’t in looking like I’ve got it all together.
It’s in letting myself be seen when I don’t.
And trusting I can be held there too.

That’s why I created Return to HER.
Not another program to make you more.
But a space to finally put it down.
To stop proving.
To come back to yourself messy, raw, real.

Because that’s the woman I want leading my life.
