🚨 Emergency Evacuation Practice Today 🚨

Today our children and educators participated in an emergency evacuation practice at the centre. 🧯

These practices are an important part of keeping everyone safe. They help our educators practise responding calmly and confidently in an emergency, while also helping children become familiar with what happens if we ever need to leave the building quickly.

We make these practices as calm and age-appropriate as possible, supporting children to follow instructions, stay together with their educators and move safely to our designated assembly area.

Regular evacuation practices allow us to:

✅ Ensure our emergency procedures are effective
✅ Practise safe and efficient evacuation processes
✅ Support educators to understand their roles and responsibilities
✅ Help children become familiar with emergency routines
✅ Identify any areas where we can improve our procedures

A big well done to all of our children and educators for participating so wonderfully today!

This Wednesday, we’re excited to have Bean and Leaf coffee van at the centre to celebrate all the wonderful dads, grandads and father figures in our centre!
Dads, we’d love you to drop off your little one and grab a coffee on us!☕It’s our little way of celebrating you and helping you start your morning with a well-deserved coffee.

✨It’s also Educators’ Day, so we’d love to celebrate our amazing educators who care for and support the children every day.
