Today’s update is brought to you by the girls’ dorm, who are now fast asleep after a jam-packed day.
Day 3 down at high school camp and we have mastered the art of space travel, dominating games, and sandwich making.
We kicked off the day with delicious pancakes for breakfast and showed some serious teamwork by working together to clean up afterwards. A massive shoutout to our teachers for the yummy snack packs and pizza.
We visited the Western Australian Space Science Education Centre (WASSEC) for a Mission to Mars. We suited up in astronaut gear and communicated through headsets to complete our mission. We had lots of fun figuring out if there was life on Mars. You will have to try it yourself to find out.
Post-mission, we headed back to the dorms to relax before making our way to Karrinyup Shopping Centre. We tested our courage and quick thinking skills across a variety of thrilling and exciting challenge rooms at the Hijinx Hotel.
Next up was loads of fun at the arcade before enjoying a fantastic dinner with even more games. Safe to say the energy levels never faded. After returning to Leederville, the high schoolers were still going strong and took part in hilarious physical challenges in the dorms.
We are officially heading to bed for a very early start and pack-up tomorrow. Can’t wait to see you all.
