A reminder that the last day of classes before the Easter Holiday break is TODAY Thursday 28 March 2024.

Term 1 will recommence Tuesday 2 April 2024.

We have two more weeks left of Term 1 after Easter, Week 10 and Week 11 ending on Saturday 13 April 2024.

Our office will be closed, over the Easter holiday break, but we will still be taking enrolments and enquiries, during this time. Please email us at [email protected].

Dear ISM families,

Term 3 is always an exciting time of the year, as we start to prepare for our 19th Annual Piano Concert!

Our concert will be held on Sunday 17th September at Leichhardt Public School’s School Hall (Corner Norton and Marion Sts, Leichhardt) – Please save the date in your diary!

Participating students will range from our Little Beeboppers (3 year olds) through to our individual (private) students. This is the perfect opportunity to witness just how much children progress in the ISM program.

TERM 2 WEEK 5 - What have we been up to?

It’s been another busy week at ISM, as we approach the halfway mark in Term 2. Here is a little glimpse of what this week had in store for us:

For our Beeboppers, the theme is Train week! We are learning Mrs Treble plays the high notes and Mr Bass plays his low notes.

Our Pre-School Pianorama students have been busy at work too, as they welcomed Mr Bass to their repertoire. They learned all five notes, Doh, Reh, Mi, Fah and Soh on their left hand.

Our older students have continued to diligently work towards their individual goals, while balancing a tonne of curricular and co-curricular activities. Keep going at it!

AMEB Piano Solo Day is FOUR WEEKS away! Good luck to all the students preparing a piece.

Calling parents, current students and alumni! Please share your achievements with us, we would love to use this as a space to celebrate you!

Term 1 classes commence today.

Welcome back to our current students and a warm welcome to our new students and their families in 2023!

The last day of Term 4 classes is tomorrow, Saturday 17 December.

Congratulations to all of our students for a wonderful year of music, we are so proud of you. A huge hank you to our families for supporting your children and celebrating their successes.

Term 1 begins on Monday 30 January 2023. We look forward to meeting our new students and warmly welcoming our current students back.
