⭐️ World Educators’ Day ⭐️

Today we give thanks to our wonderful team of teachers and educators who give so much of themselves each and every day to support our little learners.

We are truly blessed with a team of incredible women who go above and beyond to create a nurturing, safe and inspiring environment where your children can thrive, learn and grow. ❤️

The love, patience, passion and dedication you bring to our preschool does not go unnoticed. We are so grateful for each and every one of you and the difference you make in the lives of our children and families.

A special thank you to our wonderful committee for shouting our team lunch today. A small gesture, but a lovely acknowledgment of the appreciation we have for our educators and all that they do.

Happy World Educators’ Day to our amazing team! We are so lucky to have you. 💕

A very special thank you to the wonderful team from St Francis for kindly joining us for their Spirituality Day and spending some beautiful time with our little learners this afternoon. 💛

It was such a lovely opportunity for our children to connect, listen, learn and share in the spirit of the day.

I think it’s safe to say everyone thoroughly enjoyed the time together! 😊

Another little throwback to days gone by here at Leeton Preschool! 💛

As we get closer to celebrating 50 years in our current location, bookings are now open for our special anniversary dinner on Friday 23rd October at the Hydro Hotel. 🥂🎶

We’d love to see our past learners, teachers, committee members, families and friends come along to reminisce, reconnect and celebrate this very special milestone with us.

There’ll be dinner, drinks, live music and plenty of memories to share. ❤️

Our teachers and educators are having SO much fun dressing up each day for Book Week!

There is so much passion and enthusiasm across our team, and it’s wonderful seeing that excitement shared with our little learners. The children are absolutely loving seeing their favourite books and characters come to life — and our educators are certainly getting into the spirit too! ❤️

We’re loving the smiles, the creativity and, most of all, the joy that books bring to our preschool each day.

If they are, and you are wanting to place your child on the Leeton Preschool waitlist for enrolment in 2027, please complete the waitlist form on our website (under the Enrolment tab). We will contact you when we have secured a position for your child in 2027.

Last week we held a small dinner to celebrate and give thanks to our outgoing President, Joelle.

For more than a decade, Joelle has generously given her time, energy and heart to the Leeton Preschool Committee. She has led tirelessly and played such an important role in helping shape our preschool into what it is today.

Under her leadership and with her commitment to our community, our preschool has grown enormously — including the development of new classrooms that have allowed us to welcome and support the 200 families who are now part of our preschool community.

There really are no words that can adequately express just how grateful we are, Joelle. Your contribution, your dedication and the countless hours you have given to our preschool will leave a lasting legacy.

Thank you for everything you have done, and for believing so wholeheartedly in our preschool and our little learners.

We are incredibly grateful to have had you at the helm, and we know our preschool is in safe hands as Dale now takes on the role of President, supported by our wonderful new committee members.

REMINDER: Leeton Preschool is celebrating Book Week this week! Children are encouraged to come dressed up as their favourite book characters during this time 😃

Professional development and ongoing learning is something we value so highly here at Leeton Preschool.

Today, Miss Tayla, Miss Elisa, Miss Chandra and Mrs Hannon spent the day in Wagga Wagga taking part in a learning session delivered by the incredible Sue Larkey.

Sue’s knowledge and understanding is next level, and there is always so much to take away from her sessions. We love seeing our team so committed to learning, growing and continuing to build their knowledge so we can provide the very best support and learning experiences for our little learners.

A big day of learning, reflection and plenty of ideas to bring back to Leeton Preschool.
