Congratulations to Evie Greay who plays the role of Bess in the show. Evie started in our Drama Kings and Queens class, then progressed to Screen Acting 1 and continues training here at the Ali Roberts Studio ✨🎬

The series is about "A beheaded miner in an opal town who leads detectives Ivan Lucic and Nell Buchanan into a tangled web of secrets, greed, and buried sins in the desert." (IMDB)

The Ali Roberts Studio is a proud sponsor and presenter at this year's WA Screen Culture Awards as part of the 6th Annual Revelation Perth International Film Festival!

We are not judging, but will be presenting the award for Best Performance Under 18 🏆 🎬

Giselle has been nominated for her role as Ashleigh in the Stan Original film Whale Shark Jack 🌊🦈⭐

Giselle started her journey with the Ali Roberts Studio in 2024, and it’s so wonderful to see how far she’s come 🙌

This course is catered for ages 9-12 years old 🌟

✨ 10 WEEKS - TERM 3:
📅 24 July - 25 September | 4:30pm - 6:00pm (weekly Fridays)

This 10 week in-term experience is a fun-filled term of improvisations, character development, friendships and confidence building.

We are so excited to announce that our studio-produced short 'Infectious' has just won 'Best Narrative Short' at the New York Independent Cinema Awards 🥳 🏆

Not only that, but one of our other studio-produced shorts 'Snowflakes, also won 'Best Comedy' at the Vegas Shorts 🎉

'Infectious' and 'Snowflakes' were both shot last year on our 2025 Summer Camp! Congratulations to all involved 🎬 🩷

We have also recently been selected/nominated for various other film festivals!
