Well technically it is short for Behaviour, Education and Management but we work in the following areas:

* Student behaviour, how to understand it, how to plan for it, how to manage it so we all go home safe and happy.
* Workplace behaviour, understanding ourselves and others, managing ourselves and teams, communication effectively so we have positive, dynamic schools and workplaces.
* How to f

lourish by understanding our strengths, managing our own stressors and triggers and bringing positivity to the workplace.
* Working in partnership (through coaching) to achieve meaningful goals

We also know quite a bit about how to plan effectively for the students with special needs – how to set educational objectives, write IEP’s, hold case conferences but we don’t want to brag!

We had so much fun last time we've decided to throw another party 🎊 This time to celebrate the end of the financial year, as well as the end of the school term.

So I took all my well being resources and tools that I had gathered over 12 years, then created a whole lot more and put them online to create the Positively Thriving Wellbeing Hub for Busy Educators.
