About Us:
At Djinda Dreaming Leda, we are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Our team of passionate educators plays a key role in shaping the future of young minds, and we’re looking for a dedicated Diploma Qualified Educator to join our vibrant team.

Position Overview:
As a Diploma Qualified Educator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate programs, supporting children’s development, and fostering a positive and inclusive environment. Your role will involve working closely with children, families, and colleagues to ensure the highest standard of care and education.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and educational activities for children aged [insert age group(s)]
Support and encourage children’s physical, emotional, and social development
Maintain a safe and welcoming environment that promotes learning and exploration
Work collaboratively with other educators to implement curriculum goals
Build strong relationships with families and provide regular updates on children’s progress
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and policies related to childcare
Actively participate in team meetings, training, and professional development
Requirements:

Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)
Current First Aid and CPR certification
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
An understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential
