Safe work is for life. 💛
This October, FMS Training is proud to support National Safe Work Month and the important message that work health and safety is about more than preventing harm today — it’s about protecting people’s lives, health and future.
For more than 35 years, FMS Training has been part of Australia’s safety and training landscape, and we know that behind every workplace, every procedure and every risk assessment are real people — people who deserve to go home safely at the end of every day.
In 2024, 188 Australian workers lost their lives at work, while 2023–24 saw 146,700 serious workers’ compensation claims. These numbers are a powerful reminder that safety can never become something we take for granted.
And as workplaces change, technology advances and the future of work evolves, one thing remains constant: people matter. Safe work today helps protect our health, our families and our communities for the future.
Throughout October, let’s keep the conversation going, look out for one another and remember:
