New friends in the making and two special mums doing wonderful things with their bubs and always willing to learn more!

Little Steps was a hive of activity this morning despite the rain with lots of happy, eager little learners! We didn't make it outside but were kept busy inside! Mrs Hines and Mrs Wager love spending Thursday morning with you all ☺️

Itsy Bitsy Baby Session is on today!
2pm today in our Early Years Room where it is warm, dry and cosy!
We would love to see you there 🙂

Reminder: Little Steps Playgroup is on tomorrow morning!
9am to 10.30am in the Early Years Room
Morning tea provided for the children. 0 to 5 year olds welcome. We look forward to seeing you then ☺️

Reminder to Families and Carers
A friendly reminder that Friday 5th June is a Student Free Day, and Monday 8th June is the King’s Birthday Public Holiday.
We hope you enjoy the long weekend and look forward to seeing all students back, refreshed and ready to learn, on Tuesday 9th June.

✨ **Classroom Slippers at Waverley** ✨

We’re pleased to introduce classroom slippers for all students to help create warm, clean, and calm learning spaces for Winter.

Our goal is to support students to take responsibility while keeping our classrooms comfortable for everyone.

We will be successful when students can:
Keep their feet warm by wearing slippers in the classroom
Leave wet or muddy shoes at the door
Help maintain clean classroom carpets
Follow their class system for caring for and storing slippers
Contribute to a calm, comfortable learning environment

Thank you for supporting us as we build positive routines and a strong sense of care for our shared spaces.

Pre-Kinder 2026

What a fun morning at Pre Kinder today! We enjoyed exploring lots of hands-on activities, learning through play, and spending time together with our friends. It was wonderful to see the children so engaged, curious, and excited throughout the session.

Reminder: There will be no Pre Kinder next week due to Moderation Day.
