We’re so excited to introduce Griffin Ball, NDA’s new Media and Marketing Specialist!
At NDA, we’ve spent 40 years walking alongside Tasmanians, helping people build skills that open real doors. That work means nothing if we can’t tell the story well, and that’s exactly where Griffin comes in.
Griffin brings a fantastic mix of creativity and strategy to the team, including photography and videography, social media and Meta, content creation, brand campaigns, and AI-powered marketing. But more than the skill set, Griffin genuinely gets what NDA is about: community, connection, and real impact for real people across our island.
Already, Griffin has been working closely with our CEO Warren Ferrari to rethink how NDA reaches and connects with Tasmanians looking to upskill, reskill, or take that next step. We can’t wait to share what’s coming.
Welcome to the NDA family, Griffin.

We're proud to welcome Julie Lawson to NDA Training Tasmania as Trainer and Assessor. Julie brings more than three decades of hands-on industry, workforce development, and vocational education experience to NDA, with a career spanning hospitality, business ownership, apprenticeships, workforce participation, mentoring, and RTO leadership.
What sets Julie apart is that she brings real operational experience from industry alongside her training capability, something increasingly critical in delivering practical, outcomes-focused vocational education.
Her community contribution includes long-standing involvement in Business Mentoring Services Tasmania and the White Lion Mentoring Program, supporting small businesses and disadvantaged young people across Tasmania.
At NDA, we remain focused on building Tasmania's workforce capabilities through experienced trainers, authentic industry engagement, and training that connects directly to real workplaces and real opportunities. Please join us in welcoming Julie to the team!
