A fantastic effort by our LSSSA team at the cross country today. We came away with three shields for the day, grade 6 girls, grade 6 boys and grade 4 girls. It was an amazing team effort by all!

A reminder regarding the upcoming student free day and public holiday.
A reminder that this Friday is a statewide professional learning day (student free day) for all DECYP students from Kindergarten to Year 12 💜
That means… no school and the perfect excuse for a little sleep-in! 😴
And the good news doesn’t stop there, Monday is also a public holiday for the King’s Birthday 🎈
Enjoy the extra long weekend!

Mrs Marshall and Mrs Jones proudly supported the Reader’s Cup team to represent our school at Hagley on Thursday afternoon. They were competing against 19 other schools in a quiz, an extra challenge and a creative challenge. The group did an amazing job coming 2nd in the quiz and 5th overall. A wonderful experience for them all.

🟢🟡 Green, gold, and a whole lot of grit! 🟢🟡
Our students were full of wonder this morning seeing so many staff members dressed in green and gold. The mystery was solved at midday when the school gathered for National Simultaneous Storytime!
Alongside over 7,000 schools across Australia, we tuned in to hear from the creators of Luna Roo: The Kangaroo Baller. With a high-energy soccer theme, the book shared an inspiring message that resonated with everyone in the room: grit and determination win the day.
