Meet my new currawong friend! Odin sat on my mirror, looked in the car from the door frame and then sat on the car next to me so that we could say hello properly. What a treat for a quick stop at Cradle Mountain.

is a fricking delight!! An amuse-bouche of watermelon, cream cheese, sesame and yuzu pearls, followed by Wild Clover lamb, truffled mash and broccoli ending with chocolate brownie and ice cream. Perfection.
I enjoyed the Pinot Gris from and the Chardonnay alongside a stunning view and excellent service from Jas.

This was in my letterbox. Starting conversations about mental health can be tricky and feel awkward but they are so important.
My Complex PTSD is something that I will always carry and I am fortunate to have good friends and an excellent psych.
Whoever left this, thank you and I am good. I’m taking small, slow, purposeful steps to manage it.
If anyone doesn’t have an awesome therapist or a mental health plan, use these details, make that call. CPTSD is like your shadow, it is always there but shouldn’t really spook you on a daily basis.
