Happiness comes from within.

The key to being happy in life is looking within and working with our shadow self. Until we master within, we can not master the world outside of us.

I created and posted this some years ago and I don't believe people were ready to hear this back then. But I believe there are some that are willing to open up to this now.

There are a lot of coaches out there that can't coach. They like the idea of coaching but when it comes down to it can offer very little except for surface level work.

A true coach will help guide you through the obstacles that are coming up for you. They will never placate you and they will also never blame you for things not falling into place!

I'm a big believer in being able to "do all the right things" but yet still not have success on the surface.

This can be because of reasons such as:

🟡 It's just not the right time for you yet.

🟡 Maybe you still have an underlying wound that needs resolving

🟡 Maybe what your trying to do isn't part of your divine plan

🟡 There is just something not completely right yet

And a few other reasons

'Coaches' can sometimes blame you for their own failings or perceived failings and quite often aren't comfortable with you not getting results.

Truth be told, I KNOW that when you work with me, shifts happen! You may not see the results straight away, but I know and trust in myself enough to know they have happened and not be threatened by outside appearances. I will also never blame you or turn things back on you. There is a lot of work that happens in the shadows way before it ever comes to the light.

Saying that your not successful due to mindset alone is just plain wrong! There are so many reasons why things may have not yet worked. This gaslighting and blame has to stop in the coaching community.

You can only do what you are capable of doing in that moment. You DESERVE grace.
