A lovely calm start to the day for the first day of our before-school Zen Den.
What is a Zen Den? A Zen Den is a designated calm, quiet space where children can go to self-regulate their emotions, take a break from overstimulation, and get themselves emotionally ready to start the school day.
Our Zen Den will be open 8.30 am – 8.50 am each day and will operate from our PCWB room. It will be a quiet space with mindfulness colouring available and other sensory tools.
