Woohooo! It’s Early Childhood Educator’s Day and once again I am celebrating my star employee, me. This year I made myself a certificate to commemorate my own contributions to my business, bought myself personalised aprons and bought some new workwear just because I love playing dress ups. Seriously though, this industry has felt crazy this year with all of the (necessary) new regulations, it’s so important to celebrate achievements, look for fun and remember why this job is so important. Make your own magic so childhood feels magical to the tiny people that need us ♥️🌞🍀
