Weโre proud to be part of the upcoming Building the Pipeline Civil Construction Pathways Program, supporting people to build skills and take their first steps into the civil construction industry.
Delivered in partnership with Workforce Australia, Workskil Australia, CITB South Australia, The Umbrella Collective and TAFE SA, and as part of the Torrens to Darlington Project, this program provides participants with industry-recognised training, support and a pathway into employment.
Weโre excited to contribute our expertise in Traffic Control (TC1) and Traffic Management Implementer (TMI1) training and help build the next generation of South Australiaโs construction workforce.

Applications are now open for our fully funded Building the Pipeline Civil Construction Pathways Program.
The Umbrella Collective has secured funding through Workforce Australia Local Jobs to create a supported pathway into employment on the Torrens to Darlington Project. Workforce Australia Local Jobs is funded by the Australian Government Department of Employment and Workplace Relations.
The four-week program includes:

Industry-recognised civil construction training

Traffic Controller and Traffic Management training

Your own PPE
โ
Transport assistance
โ
Mentoring and wellbeing support
โ
A pathway into employment with T2D and its subcontractors
Participants who successfully complete the program will be offered employment commencing Monday 9 November 2026.

The program is delivered with the support from program partners T2D and its subcontractors, CITB South Australia, Renewal SAโs Works Program, Workzone Training, and TAFE SA.
Women, First Nations Peoples, young people, migrants, refugees and humanitarian visa holders with work rights, and people experiencing unemployment are strongly encouraged to apply.
