⚠️ Times are getting scary — and I’m hearing far too many stories lately.
Stories of women being followed, grabbed, cornered, intimidated, property stolen… and not knowing what to do.
The physical injuries heal.
But the mental damage — the fear, the replaying, the “what if I’d known how to fight back?” — that can stay for years.
This is why I teach self‑defence.
Not to scare anyone… but because pretending everything is fine doesn’t keep you safe.
Preparation does.
Our next Women’s Self Defence Course starts this Sunday, and there are a few spots left.
If you’ve been putting it off, telling yourself “one day”…
Please don’t wait for a moment you can’t take back.
This course is practical, real, and designed to give you the confidence and skills to protect yourself if you ever need to.
Open to everyone.
Members receive a bigger discount.
Flyer attached.
If you want a spot, message, phone, email, tell us — now is the time to take action.

Our first tournament held inside the dojo was a huge success — 60 competitors, amazing effort, and an atmosphere that was just electric. 💥
A massive congratulations to all our students who stepped up and gave it their best. You should be so proud of yourselves! You were all amazing. We hope you have all learned some new tournament skills to take away and practice.
Huge thank you to the parents, families and friends, who filled the room with encouragement and positivity — the energy was unreal. 👏
And to our officials and helpers — you helped make the day run smoothly and kept everything flowing. We couldn’t have done it without you.
We thoroughly enjoyed our tournament day and we’ll definitely be running more of these events in the future. What a community we have! 💚
