Dinosaur world

Children worked together to build a small dinosaur world with a volcano that erupted. They used sand, natural materials, and a simple science experiment. By pouring and watching the bubbling "lava," they learned basic science ideas like cause and effect and chemical reactions. They had discussions with peers and educators about what they saw, heard, and felt. This activity encouraged them to tell creative stories about dinosaurs and their surroundings. It helped them develop fine motor skills as they carefully tipped and scooped, and it promoted teamwork as they discussed roles and shared ideas during the play.

Making playdough with children is a fun and creative activity that encourages hands-on learning and imagination. As they mix, knead, and shape the dough, kids develop fine motor skills while exploring textures, colors, and simple measurements. It’s a wonderful way to spend quality time together, sparking creativity and joy through play.

Puzzle play

Children engage in puzzle play by manoeuvring pieces to ensure they fit in the designated spot on the puzzle board. This enhances problem solving skills as they learn to identify shapes, sizes, and colors, while also developing hand-eye coordination. Furthermore, completing a puzzle can provide a sense of accomplishment and boost self-esteem, reinforcing their confidence in tackling challenges.
