🏡 Home sweet home! 💖

Was released....I mean discharged late yesterday afternoon hehe. Oohhh how good to sleep in my own bed and not be woken every 4 hours for ob's check and be asked my name and DOB 😂 11 hours comfy and quiet! Ahhh 🛌😃

I'm doing really well. The Doctors & Nurses were amazed how fast I've got to this stage after major surgery! Bit tired still obviously and a way to go yet but progress is really great so far 👍🏻😊

Mum is staying a few more days and doing a great job looking after me and I promise I am resting and behaving and not doing anything I shouldn't be.....I know that's hard to believe for some of you 😂

Can't thank everyone enough for all the love, messages, comments, gifts & cards! My dancing family is next level! I miss you all so much and feel so incredibly lucky to have you in my world! 🙏🙋🏼‍♀️💖

Hi everyone. I'm doing well overall, very tired, to be expected, not too much pain, had a bit of a rough night and morning but was out of bed today couple of times and made good progress. Thank you for all the love! I can feel it and it does help! 🙋🏼‍♀️💖

Hi fellow DNLers, Lorraine here. Have an update from Nic's family with permission to share with you all.

Nic is now resting in a ward and her surgeon is very pleased how the whole procedure went. It was done keyhole and a check up to be done in about 2 weeks but at this stage all is looking good. Thank you all from Nic and Mama Bear for all your support.

🕑 Clocks will move forward one hour at 2 am to kick off daylight saving time.

We know most devices automatically adjust but some clocks, like those in your kitchen appliances, wall clocks, or car, may need to be manually changed.

While you're at it, be sure to check your smoke alarm batteries. To do this, press and hold the test button until the smoke alarm beeps three times.

If your alarm doesn’t beep three times, it needs new batteries or replacement.

💃🏻🕺🏻 𝙒𝙚𝙚𝙠𝙡𝙮 𝘾𝙡𝙖𝙨𝙨 𝙒𝙧𝙖𝙥-𝙐𝙥!

What a great week of classes! I feel so incredibly lucky to have such amazing students who have showered me with love and hugs and even gifts this week! Thank you all so very much! 🙏💖

It's been said that large groups of excited people can create enough energy to power a small town.....If so, then I've received enough love and support this week to get me through the next month and then some! 🫶🏻😃

Given we're having a few weeks off, we only had one new Beginner teach this week and really just enjoyed our favourite dances, with lots of laughs, singing and energy! We even danced Rocket to the Sun in contra, which was loads of fun! I was exhausted by the end of the week! Hehe 😂
