Thank you for really fun classes this week everyone! And even though I literally had to get through single handedly, hehe, I am so thankful to those who were my other hand and my wheels this week so the show could go on!! 🙏😃

We also had a special guest appearance from my Mum this morning! It was such a pleasure to share what I do with you and have you join us all in our happy place on the floor! 😃

Only one new teach on Wednesday night and the rest was revision while I'm in recovery mode.

Quick update.....Hand surgery went well today, quite uncomfortable to go through with a local anaesthetic, but after the chronic pain I've endured over the last 10 months, it can now heal and I can finally get on with doing things I've missed being able to do and do day to day things again without pain.
