As we age, we often lose that ease of movement in our bodies. Parts of us creak and pop. ๐ฆถ
That's where dance matters more than people realise.
๐ Because dance isn't just about music, steps, or looking good in a mirror.

๐๐ฝ Every time you move left to right, shift your weight, turn, or balance, you're maintaining strength, coordination, and control.

Loneliness in women is more common than people realise.
