Do you think about how you will be at 80?

As we age, we often lose that ease of movement in our bodies. Parts of us creak and pop. ๐Ÿฆถ

That's where dance matters more than people realise.

๐Ÿ’ƒ Because dance isn't just about music, steps, or looking good in a mirror.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ Every time you do dance steps, you're teaching your joints: ๐˜„๐—ฒ ๐˜€๐˜๐—ถ๐—น๐—น ๐—ฑ๐—ผ ๐˜๐—ต๐—ถ๐˜€.
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ Every time you move left to right, shift your weight, turn, or balance, you're maintaining strength, coordination, and control.

And maybe the real question isn't just about 80.

Loneliness in women is more common than people realise.

Not always โ€œcompletely aloneโ€ lonely.

Sometimes it looks like:

๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿฝ feeling disconnected

A lot of women quietly crave community.

And as we get older, making new friendships can feel hard.
