A little look back at our last Ninja Camp!

Lots of sweating, smiling, learning and FUN! 😅

From board breaking and ninja moves to target throwing, Nerf Wars and plenty of laughs in between! these legends absolutely threw themselves into everything! 💥

And the best part? We get to do it all again these school holidays! 🙌🏼🥷

IT’S BOOK WEEK! ✨📚

To celebrate Book Week, we’d love to see you come along to classes dressed as your favourite book character this week!

No pressure if you can’t — we think your martial arts Gi is a pretty cool outfit too! 🥋

Whether you’re a superhero, wizard, princess or something completely different, we can’t wait to see who turns up on the mats!

🥋 Just don’t forget to bring your martial arts belt with you too!

Respect is one of the first lessons we teach at MF Martial Arts, and one of the most valuable lessons our students can carry through life.

It’s more than bowing when we arrive and leave. It’s listening when someone is speaking, encouraging others, using kind words, showing good sportsmanship and treating everyone the way we’d like to be treated.

These small lessons help shape how our students learn, grow and support the people around them both inside and outside the dojo.

Because martial arts isn’t just about learning kicks and punches, it’s about helping build confident, respectful and kind people. 🥋

🧡💜 SAY NO TO BULLYING WEEK! 💜🧡

This week we’re adding a little extra colour to our classes for an important reason!

From 17th–22nd August, we’re inviting all of our students to wear something ORANGE or PURPLE to class as we help raise awareness against bullying.

It could be a shirt, headband, wristband, whatever you like! 🧡💜

Martial arts is about so much more than kicks and punches. We want our students to have the confidence to stand up for themselves, the courage to stand up for others, and most importantly, to know the difference between being strong and being a bully.

Together we can help create a safer, kinder and more respectful community.

We can't wait to see a sea of orange and purple in classes next week! 🥋

🥋 Flying side kicks… take off! 💥

Our Mighty Matt students had an absolute blast practising their flying side kicks!

There were plenty of awesome kicks… a few hits… and definitely a few hilarious misses too! 😂🙌🏼 That’s all part of the fun while building confidence, coordination, balance and resilience.

These little legends gave it their all and had the BEST time on the mats!
