Advanced and No Gi classes 7pm Mon, Wed and Thur Kids Classes Mon to Thurs at 5pm. Also private lessons available. GROUNDFORCE Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy. You can come along and learn Brazilian Jiu Jitsu! Based in Landsborough, (Sunshine Coast hinterland) all beginners are very welcome. Train in a clean, safe, friendly environment with first class instruction. You don't need to be an athlete. BJJ
