Hinterland Fitness and Pilates Local, fully registered and insured instructor catering for beginners to advanced. Supportive, fun atmosphere. $15 per class. Pilates, Sculpt and Move classes.

PILATES: Tuesday 9:15am and Thursday 5:30pm
MOVE (Lite): Tuesday 8:15am
