Thank you so much for all the enquiries :))) Our apartment is now full for at least the next semester.

Another early start at NLSA.... new off street parking on its way and a fabulous footpath straight to University Drive. Can’t get much closer than that:)

Well it’s been a long time between posts, but mostly because that time has been put into bringing some new life into our fabulous houses. The last few months alone we’ve extended and rebuilt a brand new kitchen, built two new bathrooms and a laundry space, made over a few rooms and are about to start works on new parking bay and garden area for our amazing tenants. Watch this space for the next project and room availabilities.... they are very rare these days :)
