Our Year 7 Food Tech students recently made their own carbonara, including creating the pasta from scratch.

From mixing and rolling the dough to cooking up the final dish, students got a real taste of homemade cooking and produced some great results along the way.

Hearing directly from education providers and former students helps our young people see the many possibilities available to them and encourages them to start thinking about their own future pathways.
