🌙📖 Rissalah College Qur'an Competition Assembly 2026 📖🌙

Alhamdulillah, this morning we celebrated the achievements of our students at our Annual Qur'an Competition Assembly.

Students from Primary and High School were recognised for their dedication to Qur'an recitation, receiving First, Second and Third Place trophies. 🏆✨

A heartfelt Jazakum Allahu Khairan to all the parents for attending and for your continued support and encouragement of your children.

We also sincerely thank the Islamic Department for preparing our students and Sheikh Nabeel for organising the competition. May Allah reward you all abundantly. 🤲

May Allah make the Qur'an the light of our students’ hearts and bless them with a lifelong connection to His Book. Ameen. 🤍

🏃‍♀️Rissalah College K–5 Athletics Carnival🏃‍♂️

What a fantastic day of fun, competition and team spirit at our K–5 Athletics Carnival!

Our K–2 students enjoyed novelty events including tug of war and parachute games, while our Year 3–5 students competed in the 100m races, long jump, high jump and shot put.

Everyone enjoyed a well-earned sausage in a roll and a drink for lunch, and it was wonderful to see such great sportsmanship and house spirit throughout the day.

The points are still being totalled… so the big question remains: which house will take the win — Abu Bakr, Ali, Uthman or Omar?** 🏆

🌙 Islamic Fun Day at Rissalah College! 🌙

Alhamdulillah, Rissalah College held a special Islamic Fun Day for our Year 6–12 students, bringing together Islamic learning, reflection and fun in an engaging and enjoyable environment.

The day focused on the life and teachings of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, with students taking part in a range of interactive learning experiences designed to strengthen their knowledge and connection to the Seerah.

Alongside the educational program, students had the opportunity to enjoy a variety of fun activities organised by the College, creating an exciting atmosphere and making the day both meaningful and memorable. 🌟

It was wonderful to see our students engaged throughout the event and enjoying the opportunity to learn about their deen in a positive and interactive way.

We thank everyone who contributed to making the day a success. May Allah ﷻ increase our students in beneficial knowledge and strengthen their love for Islam and our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Ameen. 🤲💚

🇬🇧 Rissalah College London Tour 2026 — Final Day! ✈️❤️

And just like that… it’s time to say goodbye to London! 🥹🇬🇧

Our final morning began with everyone getting packed up, checking those suitcases one last time, and making sure we had everything ready for the journey home. 🧳✈️

But of course… we couldn’t leave London without squeezing in one more shopping trip! 🛍️ After all, what’s a London trip without a few last-minute purchases and souvenirs to take home?

Then it was time to board the coach and make our way to the airport, with plenty of memories, photos, stories and experiences to look back on along the way. ✈️

As we prepare to leave, we want to say a HUGE thank you to our incredible teachers and staff who went above and beyond throughout the entire trip. Their constant support, encouragement, patience and care made such a difference, and they worked tirelessly to ensure our students were safe, happy and well looked after every step of the way. We are incredibly grateful for everything they have done to make this experience so special. ❤️

And of course, a massive well done to our students! 👏🎉
They have been an absolute pleasure to travel with from start to finish. Their good manners, respectful behaviour, enthusiasm and willingness to get involved have made the whole experience so enjoyable. We couldn’t be prouder of the way they represented themselves, their families and Rissalah College throughout the trip. 🌟

Over the past week, we’ve explored, learned, laughed, prayed, shopped, travelled, experienced new places and created memories that will stay with us for years to come. 🇬🇧🌍❤️

From the excitement of London to the history of Stonehenge and Bath, every day brought something new — and now it’s time to head home with full hearts and very full suitcases! 😂🧳

🇬🇧 Rissalah College London Tour 2026 — Day Six! ✨
And just like that… our final day of activities on the Rissalah College London Tour has arrived! ❤️🇬🇧
With one last full day of adventure before flying back home tomorrow, our students and staff set off early for an unforgettable coach tour to Stonehenge and Bath 🚌🏛️✨.
Our first stop was the incredible Stonehenge 🪨 — one of the world’s most famous prehistoric monuments and a truly remarkable sight to experience in person. Standing amongst these ancient stones, our students had the opportunity to reflect on the mysteries, history and stories that have surrounded this iconic landmark for thousands of years.
From Stonehenge, we continued our journey to the beautiful historic city of Bath 🏛️🇬🇧. As soon as we arrived in Bath, we made our way to the musalla to pray together, taking a moment to pause, worship and recharge before continuing our day. 🤲🕌❤️
We then explored the fascinating Roman Baths 🏺.
The Roman Baths provided another incredible opportunity for our students to bring history to life, discovering how people lived, socialised and used these ancient baths nearly 2,000 years ago. It was a fascinating way to connect the history we've studied with the incredible places that still remain today. 📖✨
After a full day of history, culture and exploration, we made our way back towards London 🚌.
But there was still time for one final London experience! 🛍️✨
We stopped at the world-famous Harrods 🇬🇧🛍️, giving our students and staff the chance to enjoy a spot of shopping and take in the atmosphere of one of London’s most iconic department stores.
And what a way to finish our itinerary! 🥹
From ancient stones at Stonehenge 🪨, to Roman history in Bath 🏛️, taking time to pray together 🤲🕌, a little shopping at Harrods 🛍️, and our final dinner together, Day Six was the perfect finale to an incredible London adventure! 🇬🇧
Tomorrow, we say goodbye to London and begin our journey home ✈️🏠.
Over the past week, our students have explored, learned, laughed, prayed, experienced new cultures and created memories that will stay with them for years to come.
A huge thank you to everyone who has been part of making this journey so special. 🙏✨

🇬🇧 Rissalah College London Tour 2026 — Day Five! ✨

Another incredible day of discovery, culture and unforgettable experiences in London! ❤️

Today, our Rissalah College students and staff stepped into the fascinating world of history at the iconic British Museum 🏛️📚🇬🇧

With so much to explore, students had the opportunity to see incredible artefacts and exhibitions spanning thousands of years of human history — including a fascinating look at Islamic history and civilisation ☪️📖✨. It was a wonderful opportunity to connect what we learn in the classroom with the rich history and cultures that have shaped our world.

Our journey continued as we visited London Central Mosque 🕌❤️, where our students and staff had the opportunity to pray together at the mosque and take a moment to reflect and recharge. It was a meaningful part of our day and a wonderful opportunity to experience another important part of London’s diverse cultural landscape. 🤲✨

After a busy day of exploring, we hopped aboard a hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus 🚌🇬🇧 and enjoyed the sights of London as we made our way back towards the hotel. With tired feet but plenty of excitement, it was time for a short rest and recharge… because the evening was only just beginning! 😴✨

Then came the highlight of the evening… 🎭🔥

We headed into the heart of London’s famous West End to experience Beetlejuice! 👻🎭💚

From the incredible performances and spectacular production to the comedy, music and wonderfully spooky atmosphere, our students had an unforgettable night at the theatre! 😂🎶👻 It was another fantastic opportunity to experience the magic of London’s world-famous West End theatre scene.

And, of course, no late-night London adventure would be complete without a little something sweet! 🍨❤️

After the show, we stopped for some traditional Italian gelato 🇮🇹🍦, enjoying a delicious late-night treat together before heading back to the hotel.

From ancient history and Islamic civilisation to prayer at the mosque, London sightseeing, the West End and late-night gelato, Day Five had it all! 📚🕌🏛️🚌🎭🍦🇬🇧

Another day, another collection of memories that our students will treasure for years to come. ❤️✨

🇬🇧✨ Rissalah College London Trip – Day 4 ✨🇬🇧
Another action-packed day in London! 🥰
We started Day 4 with a hearty breakfast before heading out for another day of exploring, shopping and discovering the sights and stories of this incredible city.
Our first stop was Selfridges 🛍️✨, where we headed straight for the much-loved Jellycat store 🧸— a definite highlight for many of our students! There was plenty more to explore throughout Selfridges, with something to catch everyone’s eye.
We then hopped on the Tube 🚇 to Paddington, where we visited the famous Paddington Bear Shop 🐻🧳 and enjoyed browsing all things Paddington. We also stopped at a masjid for salah, taking a peaceful moment to pray together, reflect and recharge. 🤲🏼
Next, we headed to the Thames and boarded a boat tour 🚤🌊, cruising towards the Tower of London and enjoying spectacular views of London from the water.
At the Tower of London, we visited the incredible Crown Jewels exhibition 👑💎, bringing history from the classroom to life and giving us the chance to see these fascinating treasures up close.
Afterwards, we enjoyed dinner at an authentic Italian restaurant 🍝🇮🇹 before heading out for our evening adventure.
The day took a mysterious turn as we ventured out for the Jack the Ripper walking tour 👀🌙. Exploring the streets of Victorian London at night while hearing the chilling stories surrounding one of the city’s most infamous historical mysteries certainly made for a memorable — and slightly eerie! — end to the evening. 🕯️🔎
From shopping and sightseeing to history, delicious food and adventure, Day 4 was truly packed with unforgettable experiences!
Alhamdulillah, another incredible day filled with learning, laughter, friendship and beautiful memories. ❤️🇬🇧

🇬🇧 Rissalah College London Tour 2026 — Day Three! ✨
Another unforgettable day in London! ❤️
Today, our Rissalah College students and staff stepped into the world of Charles Dickens 📚🇬🇧 with a fascinating walking tour through the streets and places that inspired one of Britain’s greatest literary figures.
Walking through historic London, we discovered more about Dickens’ life, his characters, his stories and the Victorian world that shaped so much of his writing. 🚶‍♀️📖✨ It was a wonderful opportunity to bring literature and history to life, right in the heart of the city!
But the literary adventure didn’t stop there… 🎭✨
In the evening, we made our way to the iconic Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre to experience Much Ado About Nothing! 🎭❤️
Watching Shakespeare’s famous comedy performed in such a historic and atmospheric setting was truly special. From witty dialogue and hilarious moments to romance, misunderstandings and plenty of laughter 😂🎭, our students enjoyed an unforgettable evening of theatre.
It was a day where literature, history, culture and live performance all came together — making another fantastic chapter in our London adventure! 📚🏛️🎭🇬🇧
From the world of Dickens to the stage of Shakespeare, Day Three was certainly one to remember! ❤️

🇬🇧 Rissalah College London Tour 2026 — Day Two! ✨
What an incredible day exploring some of London’s most iconic sights! ❤️
Today, our Rissalah College students and staff continued their London adventure with a visit to Buckingham Palace 👑🇬🇧, where we were lucky enough to witness the world-famous Changing of the Guard! 🎺🐎 It was an unforgettable experience, seeing this historic British tradition take place right before our eyes.
We then headed to Westminster Abbey, taking in its incredible history, breathtaking architecture and immense cultural significance. 🏛️✨
Next stop was the London Eye 🎡, where our students enjoyed spectacular panoramic views across the capital, seeing London from a whole new perspective! 🌆❤️
But the excitement didn’t stop there… 👻😱 We plunged into the London Dungeons, stepping into the darker and more terrifying side of London’s history! From chilling tales and dramatic live performances to unexpected scares, immersive scenes and plenty of screams 😂👻, it was an adrenaline-filled experience that had everyone on the edge of their seats!
After an action-packed day, we finished the evening with a delicious dinner at Banana Leaf Thai Restaurant 🍜🥢, enjoying great food, laughter and time together as a group. ❤️
From royal traditions and historic landmarks to breathtaking views, terrifying thrills and delicious food, Day Two was another unforgettable chapter in our London adventure! 🎓🌍🇬🇧
And there’s still plenty more to come! ✨

🇬🇧 Rissalah College London Tour 2026 — Day One! ✨
And just like that, we’ve arrived in London! ❤️
Today was all about settling in, getting comfortable at our hotel, and taking our first steps into this incredible city. After a well-deserved rest, our group enjoyed a leisurely stroll through Piccadilly Circus and the famous Covent Garden, taking in the sights, atmosphere and energy of London. 🌆✨
To finish off the day, we headed out for a delicious Moroccan dinner, enjoying a traditional Tajine together. 🇲🇦🍽️
It was the perfect first day — relaxed, enjoyable and filled with the excitement of what’s still to come!
And this is only the beginning… 🎓🌍✈️
