A great win for Canterbury Vale in the SSP Cup on Friday! 🏆

Our students took on Verona and came away with the win after a fantastic team performance. It was great to see the teamwork, effort and encouragement shown by everyone throughout the game.

☕ Barista Training at Di Pacci Coffee Company

A huge thank you to Di Pacci Coffee Company for welcoming our students last week for the practical component of their hospitality training.

Students developed their barista skills in a real industry setting, gaining valuable hands-on experience and building their confidence.

They also toured The Roasting Club, where they explored different coffee beans and took part in a guided coffee tasting to learn how processing and roasting can influence flavour.

A fantastic opportunity for our students to put their hospitality skills into practice. Thank you to the team at Di Pacci Coffee Company for having us! ☕👏
