Waratah is a middle school campus of Callaghan College catering for students from Years 7 - 10. Our students then progress to the Jesmond Senior Campus. Every ticket helps us raise funds for The Big Freeze and Motor Neurone Disease research.

SCIENCE WEEK SPOTLIGHT 🤖
Our Year 8 girls are taking on a 10-week STEM challenge with HunterWiSE, working with mentors to develop solutions to real-world challenges.
From robotics and virtual reality to engineering and design, they're getting hands-on, building skills and discovering where STEM could take them.

GEOGRAPHY TAKES SHAPE!
Our Year 8 Geography students have been learning about different types of landforms as part of their Landscapes and Landforms unit.
To demonstrate their understanding, students were challenged to recreate a range of landforms using playdough, carefully applying the knowledge and geographical vocabulary they have been developing in class.
A great hands-on activity that brought Geography to life!
