Always push the limits. Bec says a good bottom turn requires your foot on the rocket block, then a solid power extension using the muscles in the back leg, enabling time to pull the tail of the board back under your body to regain power to pump the board again for your next move.

Stoked to get some teeny barrels & fun waves.
Smashed the Battle of the Paddle tech race.
Led the women in the 9km race until the very last wave tipped her off metres from the finish line! Top effort Bec & congrats to Savannah.

The Scotts Head Paddle Games started nicely this morning & will head into Day 2 tomorrow.
Bec placed 1st in final 1 of 2 in the Open Women's shortboard. Hoping she can keep the winning streak going tomorrow.

It was just perfect 🤙on Lake Illawarra... the sun 🌞 the perfectly smooth calm water 😎 Sammy the Seal 🦭 and those HONU Boards 🏄‍♀️

Sammy & his friends were spotted at Lake Illawarra yesterday & we still have spots available in our 10.15am & 11.30am session if you're keen!

After a very successful 2025 with major sponsor Albion Park Landscaping Supplies who enabled us to give out cash prizes, and Infinity SUP Australia who raffled away a brand-new board, we are READY for another AMAZING year celebrating SUP and the amazing city of Shellharbour.
