📚✨ That’s a Wrap on Book Week 2026! ✨📚
What a magical week of stories, imagination and creativity we have shared!
A huge thank you to all of our wonderful families for getting involved in Book Week and helping bring the magic to life. From incredible costumes to favourite book characters, we loved seeing the excitement each morning as the children arrived ready to share who they had dressed up as. Your effort and participation helped make the week extra special for the children. 💛
Our amazing educators also joined in on the fun, dressing up throughout the week and embracing the different characters and themes alongside the children. Book Week is such a wonderful opportunity for our educators to model a love of stories, creativity and imaginative play, while creating meaningful and memorable experiences with the children.
Throughout the week, we also celebrated the importance of literature and storytelling, supporting children’s language, imagination, creativity and early literacy skills. In our Rainbow Room, the children became authors and illustrators themselves, using their own ideas and imaginations to create their very own books! 📖✏️✨
What makes weeks like this even more special is that some of our educators also have their own family connections within our service, allowing them to share these celebrations alongside their family members. It is a beautiful reminder of the strong sense of community, connection and belonging that exists within our Spotted Frog Kindergarten family. 🐸💚
Thank you to everyone who helped make Book Week 2026 such a fun and memorable celebration. We have loved watching our preschool come alive with characters, stories, laughter and plenty of imagination! 📚✨
