It’s Friday again folks, are you preparing for a ride day this weekend?

Are you riding by yourself or with mates?

Remember to prepare your bike with a bike check, do you recall this process? Tyres, Chain & Sprockets, Electrical, Brakes & Clutch but importantly check on yourself!
Hydrate, Eat healthy, have a good nights rest, abstain from alcohol and those other things that impair your abilities to process your thoughts quickly and importantly keep you safe.

Remember to ride within your personal limits, don’t try to keep up with others just focus on arriving at the destination intact.

Ride leaders - place the least experienced rider of your group behind you, maintain the group by riding to the pace of your least experienced riders.

Ride together and enjoy the ride.

Remember Shiny Side Up Training for all your rider training needs.

🏍️Your bike isn't the only thing that needs fuel.

You’d never ignore the fuel light... so don’t ignore your body's warning signs. 😴

If you find yourself:
👉 Missing road signs
👉 Running wide on corners
👉 Daydreaming about literally anything except riding
👉 Feeling stiff, sore or thirsty

💤 It might be time to pull over - before fatigue takes over.

A bit of local information, a great bike road.
Over the years the road surface has been very questionable, potholes, road works leaving fine gravel on the road surface.

Anyone have information on the condition of Thunderbolts presently?
