In our OSHC program, Miss Lauren and Miss Georgia are committed to fostering children’s autonomy, agency, and independence. We provide opportunities for children to make meaningful choices, contribute their ideas, pursue their interests, and take responsibility for their experiences. We recognise school-age children as capable and active participants in their learning and leisure, valuing their voices and perspectives. Through respectful relationships and an inclusive environment, we support children to develop confidence, decision-making skills, and a strong sense of belonging, consistent with the principles and practices of My Time, Our Place.
