The countdown is ON! 🎉 We’re getting so excited for this year’s Colour Fun Run! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️💦

Get ready for a day filled with colour, fun, laughter and lots of messy memories! 🌈😂

🌈 Parents, are you ready to join in on the fun? Grab a shirt and run with them. They would love it! 🌈

Have you started your fundraising yet? Every donation helps us reach our goal of upgrading the tuckshop! 💙

Gifts will range from $2–$10.

All classes will be taken to the hall during the day to purchase a special gift. 💙

Please send money to school with your child in a zip-lock bag clearly labelled with their name.

Hello from Our Valley Communities Inc, Thriving Lockyer Kids and the LVRC Spring Festival!

We are very excited to bring to you our favourite free event of the year: Under 5's Expo: Building Bright Futures for the Lockyer, kicking off at 9am, Friday the 11th of September and winding down by 12pm, just right for our little ones. Join us at the beautiful Laidley Recreational Reserve, right next to the action of the Spring Festival.

This event also showcases Child Protection Week messaging and awareness, making “Child Protection Everybody’s Business”. Under 5’s Expo provides families the opportunity to connect directly with a range of family focussed organisations that support and promote children’s development, wellbeing, safety and learning. Children can engage in a wide range of fun activities, sparking curiosity, interest, laughter and fun.

Remember this event if for Under 5's and not children attending school, making it just little more special. Tell your friends, tell your family and come along for a fun morning out.

Students are invited to dress up as their favourite book character and join us for our Book Week Parade! 📖🧙‍♀️🦸‍♂️🐻 All families are welcome!

🥛 BREAKFAST CLUB NEEDS YOUR HELP! 🥛

Our Breakfast Club runs 3 mornings a week and provides breakfast for at least 100 students each week. ❤️

At the moment, they are desperately needing donations of:

* Long-life juice
* Long-life milk
* Cream cheese
* Jam
* Margarine

If you are able to donate any of these items, it would be greatly appreciated and will help ensure our students can start their day with a healthy breakfast. 🥰
