Today was kinda special 💕
Puppies, pilates and cupcakes...three of my favourite things!

I had so much fun helping host a "Puppies and Pilates" class at . We were joined by the beautiful Casper and Domino from and hopefully, we helped them get one step closer to finding their forever homes!

If you'd like to know more about these gorgeous boys or the other doggos at , they'd love to hear from you.

PS, I had so much fun cuddling puppies that I forgot to take any cupcake pics 😜😁

A little class schedule update!...

* With many people away this week, we're having a break from classes.
*Our Laidley class is back next Tuesday night at 6pm. We'll move to a winter schedule with a start time of 5.30pm from July.
* Our Plainland classes are having winter hibernation for now as it was getting a little chilly for outdoor, early mornings!

Well hello there, Summer! ..did we skip Spring?! 😜

With the warmer weather and longer days well and truly here, we're returning to our Summer class times for matwork pilates...

Laidley - Tuesday evenings at 6pm.

Plainland remains as 6am and 7am Thursday mornings.

Although the last few days have felt warm, the days are still short and we know there is a lot more of Winter, to come 🥶

Our Tuesday classes in Laidley will now be 5.30-6.30pm until early September. I'll let you know when the time changes for Spring!

Hello 2025!

All of our classes are back this week. Where will you find mat work pilates classes with me, this year? ...

Tuesday evenings 6-7pm at the Youth Center in Laidley, on the corner of William and Ambrose Streets. Open to everyone and no bookings required. Just pop me a message if it will be your first class.

Thursday mornings at , classes at 6am and 7am. Open to Snap members and casual visitors. Please book via your Snap app or contact their friendly staff if you're not yet a member.

How was your festive season?!
It's crazy to think our pilates party was three weeks ago already! We had the best night 😀
I love the enthusiasm and fun everyone brings to our little group in Laidley, every week 😊

Our Laidley classes start up again next Tuesday 14th January, 6-7pm at the Youth Center. Feel free to get in touch if you'd like to join some of this fun ☺️
