Every time.
I am a freelance yoga teacher, artist & student hailing from Kyneton in regional Victoria.
When I'm not practising my downward dog, I'm chipping away at my degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine & making pictures for exhibition and private commissions.

This is my mum and dad. In 2015 I asked them if they’d look after my baby for one day a week, so I could forge a new career path in Chinese medicine.
One day quickly turned into two, which evolved into 7 years of sleeping on their fold out sofa 1-2 nights a week, and then once my baby started school, them coming to Kyneton to take care of my kids while I commuted to the city.
This is a hard slog for anyone, and I know it was for them too, but it feels pretty special to be able to bring them into this space and show them what they supported me to achieve.
If there were doubts, I didn’t hear them. And I’m so grateful for my folks, my sisters and for helping to make the space so that I could follow my true calling and could be born. This isn’t just my hard work but theirs too.
Sure, social media shows the highlight reels, and of these past 7 years, this last one has certainly been the hardest. Enormous change, heartbreak, the works. But we’re all still here supporting one another, and that’s not nothing.

Hi gang! I’ve been a little quiet on this account while I’ve been setting up – lots of change and transformation going on in my world, and Spring sure is the time to start re-emerging!
I’m excited to share that in addition to my Kyneton practice, I’ll now be offering treatments from the glorious Romsey clinic on a Thursday. Limited appointments available online or get in touch for more details.
From menopause to musculoskeletal injuries, sleep disorders to sexual health, digestive concerns to dermatology, fertility to … something else that begins with F — I love it all!
Keen for more information on how I can support you with acupuncture, herbs and/or shiatsu? Head to or send me an email at [email protected] . I could not be more thrilled about doing this work with you.

✨P A S S E D ✨
My talisman worked! Such a relief to have passed my FINAL exit exam for Chinese medicine, I’ve been building up to this for seven years! Now to get my last written assessment, dock a few more weeks of clinical hours in the city, and I’ll be finished this phase of study. I can’t believe it.
It hasn’t sunk in yet. Maybe tomorrow.

I found my teacher by bringing my own child to his clinic, after following his voice through a podcast – all about the importance of safe, therapeutic touch. What started as curiosity in how he’d approach my child’s healthcare through an East Asian lens has developed into a passion for improving childhood health and development, a deep friendship and a lifelong apprenticeship.
While my formal studies in Chinese medicine are coming to a close, the learning never stops, and I’m thrilled to be embarking on this postgraduate training in Spring.
Apart from the nuts and bolts of treating children with herbs, manual therapies and acupuncture, we are tackling the tricky stuff: how on earth do we provide safe and authoritative touch for children in an increasingly hands-off culture? How do we navigate the family dynamic, the parents and the patient, our increasing interest and understanding of the gender spectrum, the behavioural spectrum, neurodiversity, diet therapy, the internet OH MY GOD IT IS HUGE CAN YOU HEAR MY EXCITEMENT?!
Practitioner friends who are keen to get some clinical experience in treating children, this is an amazing opportunity to learn from one of the best, through the seasons over time, bearing witness to the incredible concept of Yang Sheng through childhood itself.
Parent friends, this is a great opportunity to access primo East Asian healthcare for your child at a low cost. The clinic has a limited number of participating practitioners, under the supervision of a practitioner of almost 35 years treating children.
Go to and head to their link in profile for more info.
It never fails to astound me that we have this incredible access to healthcare and education in this regional wonderland.

Attention parents and carers of new babies: may I present this new digital offering from the genius of Threshold] , a series of moments and opportunities to connect through the phases of caring for a newborn. After working with the team on this I found myself exclaiming that all parents of any aged children would benefit from these practises: after all, we are new parents forever, as our children grow and develop through a constant state of change in tandem with our own development as parents.
There are some truly beautiful experiences to be had through GLOW – subscriptions are available via Threshold] .
Congratulations to all involved (there are many!) and thank you for helping us find new ways for connection with each other and the self.
Put the kettle on – my favourite moment. I highly recommend subscribing to experience it for yourself.

‘In times of transition and unknown, the transformational nature of the moon has always offered a kind of comfort - a gentle companion, sometimes illuminating a new perspective, but always showing a way back to my own grounding body. I listen, and imagine all the life that keeps watch in the night, the creatures awake and the warm nests humming, everyone held by a gentle light and a river of stars overhead.’ – Liz Francis

A few months ago, I walked with friends under a full moon through Taungurung Country, to contemplate the phases of the moon cycles in relation with the blurred boundaries of time and space we often experience as new parents. At the end of this exercise, I told this group of women that not just new, but seasoned parents would benefit so much from this practise, as I had realised that in a sense, being a ‘new’ parent is forever, as our children continue to challenge and transform through their phases too. At the end of this practise, I was reminded what a gift it was to share open space with these sensitive and powerful women, who offered me a chance to return to my self.
G L O W is a wonderful digital program created by , a series of meditations, activities and moments to experience together as a family, with your baby or in simple solitude. It is completely free and oh so gentle.
There are some truly beautiful moments to share, an offering to gently tap back into your body and spirit.
When a dear friend asks you if you’re free to do some movement under the full moon for a project, you don’t read fine print, you say WHAT TIME SHOULD I SHOW UP WHERE. Thank you so much for inviting me to experience the gift of Threshold Tahli and Sarah, a dream and long term fantasy to work with you and , and experiencing the warmth of that rock under my bare feet was truly something else. Thanks for keeping me covered in coats and chocolate frogs between takes. You’re all marvellous.
G L O W is an invitation for you to return to yourself, a true gift. I will try and figure out how to put the link in my profile, in the meantime head to to register for free access.
