KLAC is super excited to be introducing Cole’s Little Athletics Tiny Tots program this season.
Cole’s Tiny Tots will run from Wed 7th Oct for 10 weeks.

Head to https://lavic.com.au/centres/kyabram/ and click the tiny tots link. Please note that when creating a Gameday account you register as yourself then register your child as the participant.

Ages 3 & 4:
⭐️must currently be 3 to register, no 2 year olds
⭐️ 4 year olds that turn 5 at the beginning of 2027 are not allowed to do both Tiny Tots and then register as a Little Athlete.
⭐️ children born in 2021 are eligible for U6.

❌Please note that this program does not allow Tiny Tots to compete in any of our standard events ran through Little Aths.

🧑‍🧒A parent/guardian will be required to assist any Tiny Tot registered.

Registrations will be limited so don’t miss out.

⭐️ Pop food in the middle of the table and let your child help themselves,
⭐️ Try not to comment on how much they've eaten, and
⭐️ Keep offering foods they've knocked back before - it can take a few goes.

🎉 Celebrating 5 Years with Us! 🎉

This month we’re celebrating a very special milestone — 5 years of Debbie!

For the past five years, Debbie has been such a valued and much-loved part of our team. Whether it be caring for and educating our little ones in the Toddler Room or supporting in the kitchen, Debbie is always willing to lend a helping hand and give her all. 🥰

Her dedication, kindness and commitment to our children, families and team have made such a positive difference to our centre.

📚✨ BOOK WEEK FUN! ✨📚

What an incredible week we had celebrating Book Week! 💕📖

Our centre was filled with so many amazing costumes, favourite characters, stories and lots of imagination! 🌈🦸‍♀️🧚‍♂️🐻

A huge thank you to all our wonderful families for getting involved and helping the children bring their favourite books and characters to life. We loved seeing everyone’s creativity! 🥰

And of course… check out our AWESOME educators who joined in on the fun too! 🤩📚 Our team certainly knows how to get into the Book Week spirit! 👏

We hope everyone had as much fun celebrating the magic of books as we did! ❤️

Somewhere between the last day of leave and the first alarm of your new routine, going back to work stops being just a logistics problem - it's an emotional one too. If you're feeling relief, excitement, guilt and everything in between, you're not doing it wrong.

Here's what actually helps in those first few weeks:

🗓️ Book in trial days before your official start, so drop-off isn't a total unknown
🍼 Sort your feeding plan early, with your centre and your employer
💬 Talk to your educators early - the small stuff matters (comfort items, nap windows, the words your child uses)
💰 Know what's changed: since January 2026, CCS-eligible families get at least 3 days of subsidised care a week, guaranteed
🤝 Ask about flexible working before you're back, not after

Over the past five years, Jemma has been an invaluable member of our team, and in progressing in her role as our Assistant Centre Manager, she has consistently demonstrated outstanding leadership, dedication, and compassion. Her commitment to creating a warm, welcoming, and high-quality environment for our children, families, and educators is evident in everything she does.
