Nothing beats the feeling of a fully stocked freezer stash! 🥖✨
Spent today filling up our bread supply before it all disappears.

On today’s lineup:
🫒 Olive & Cheese: Mandatory, because the boys would riot without their absolute favourite!

🧄 Garlic & Herb: Smells incredible and pairs with absolutely everything.

🍞 Classic Plain: Safe, dependable, and perfect for everyday toast and sandwiches.

Now to slice, freeze, and try very hard not to eat it all right now! Future me is going to be very grateful for this prep. 😅

🥖 A little midweek reminder from my kitchen…

Orders are always open here at TMK 💛
But just a heads up for sourdough lovers 👇

✨ Sourdough orders placed after 6pm Wednesdays will go into the next week’s bake

Because every loaf is made from scratch using a slow, 2–3 day process — from feeding my starter, to dough prep, to overnight proofing before baking.

It’s not a quick mix-and-bake situation… and that’s what makes it so good 🤍

Scrolls and other goodies are a little quicker, but anything sourdough needs that extra time and care.

If you’re hoping for fresh bread this weekend, now’s the time 🙌
