💥SELF DEFENCE & OVERCOMING CHALLENGES

Girls Holiday Workshop 8-12yo

In this holiday workshop, Kellie and I will give the Girls tools to feel more prepared for challenges they may face.

⭐️ Kellie, a Matt Fiddes Martial Arts instructor (Kuluin), will teach the Girls self-defence drills and discuss stranger danger as well as anti-bullying techniques.

⭐️I will then go through a strategy based on support, strength and growth the Girls can use with any challenges they experience at school (friendships/study), at home or with their own personal struggles.

⭐️We will finish the workshop with stretched and an opportunity for your Girls to experience breath awareness and relaxation.

⭐️What to bring: water bottle, snacks, comfortable shoes and clothes to move around in and a yoga mat. More details will be sent to you after bookings.

Dear parents and students,
Unfortunately due to the hail damage to Nambour aquatic center. They have had to shut the slides, splash park and one of the pools. We were hoping they would have it fixed and up and running for our highly anticipated end of year party this Sunday.

Due to these unforeseen circumstances we have decided to postpone our celebrations to Saturday the 20th of January.
3-5pm

Please accept our sincere apologies, we were looking forward to celebrating with you all, but thankful we can reschedule before school goes back. This will start the year off with a bang! Well maybe a splash 💦 hahahah.
Looking forward to spending this fun filled afternoon with you all in the new year.
