🐾 Pawsible Solutions Closure Reminder 🐾

Just a friendly reminder that we'll be taking a short break over the next couple of weeks while we cheer Jack on at the Ekka and celebrate a very special family milestone as our daughter, Jorja, graduates from the Australian Navy. 🇦🇺💜

Our upcoming closures are:

🏆 Friday 7 August & Saturday 8 August 2026
Closed while showing Jack at the Ekka.

🎓 Tuesday 11 August – Saturday 15 August 2026
Closed while we attend Jorja's Australian Navy Graduation.

🐶 Dog Training:
❌ Sunday 9 August 2026 – Cancelled
✅ Sunday 16 August 2026 – Training resumes with Magical Maddy

🚫 During these closure periods, all Grooming, Daycare, Pet Sitting, Retail and Dog Training services will be unavailable.

✅ All services will resume as normal from Tuesday 18 August 2026.

📅 Bookings while we're away:
To secure an appointment upon our return, please send us a text message, Facebook message, email, or book online. We'll be checking messages where possible and will respond as soon as we can.

💜🐾 It's Pajama Day at Pawsible Solutions! 🐾💜

The PJs are on, the coffee is flowing, and we've already had plenty of sleepy babies and gentle giants through the doors this morning! 🥹🐶

Today we're proudly wearing our pajamas to support The Pyjama Foundation and the incredible work they do helping children in foster care.

🐾 A Little Reminder from Pawsible Solutions 🐾

We completely understand that life happens. Dogs get muddy, kids get sick, work runs late, and sometimes things don't go to plan.

Unfortunately, we've recently had a number of no-shows and late arrivals. When an appointment is missed or a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, it impacts not only our day but also other families and pets who could have used that appointment.

To help keep things running fairly for everyone:

🐶 If you do not attend your appointment, or arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled.
🐶 A 50% cancellation fee will apply in these circumstances.

If you're running late or need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible. We will always do our best to work with you where we can.

As a small local business, every appointment matters. Your understanding and support help us continue providing the best care possible for every pet that walks through our doors.

🐾 Pawsible Solutions is going to pyjama party for a cause! 🐾
This year we're proud to be taking part in National Pyjama Day to help raise funds for children in foster care through The Pyjama Foundation.
Anyone who knows me knows I have a soft spot for helping those who need a little extra support, whether they have two legs or four. At Pawsible Solutions, we see every day how much patience, kindness, and having someone believe in you can change a life.
That's why this cause means so much to us.
Children in foster care often face challenges that many of us can barely imagine. Through the amazing work of Pyjama Angels, these children are matched with mentors who provide friendship, encouragement, and support, helping them build confidence and a brighter future.
So this year we'll be swapping our work gear for our PJs and doing our bit to help make a difference.

Technology has officially been added to our naughty list... right next to muddy paws and dogs that learn how to open doors. 🐾😂

We would like to sincerely apologise to any clients who have been waiting on a response from us.

We have recently discovered that Facebook Messenger has not been notifying us of some incoming messages, and in some cases our replies do not appear to have been sending correctly. To add to the confusion, we have also just received a large number of delayed text messages, some dating back quite some time.

At this stage, we are unsure whether these issues are related or the result of separate network or system faults. What we do know is that some of our valued clients may have been affected, and for that we are truly sorry.

We are currently working through all messages as quickly as possible and doing our best to contact everyone affected. If you have sent us a message and have not received a response, please don't hesitate to reach out again via phone, text, Facebook Messenger, or in person.

If you’re running behind for your pup’s appointment, please give us a quick call and let us know. We’ll always do our best to help where we can 🐾

That said, if you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be cancelled and a no-show fee will apply.

We run on a pretty tight schedule to keep all our furry clients looking and feeling their best, so being on time helps us keep everyone happy (and fluffy ✂️🐶).
