What a fantastic way to finish the term! 🎸✨

Today was the final session of our Kirribilli Junior Ensemble, and the excitement was contagious as the students prepared a special performance for their parents, showcasing a selection of the repertoire they have been working on throughout the term.

Their enthusiasm, dedication and love of music were on full display, and it was wonderful to see the smiles on their faces as they performed together. We are so proud of their progress and can’t wait to see them take the stage again at our Mid-Year Concert in Kirribilli this July.

Seeing young musicians develop their skills, build confidence, and enjoy making music together is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.

🎶 Music Theory Tuesday - Online at 6pm Every Tuesday During Term 🎶

Did you know that intervals are the building blocks of melody and harmony?

From the opening notes of your favourite song to the rich chords of a classical masterpiece, intervals help us understand how music is constructed and why it sounds the way it does. Learning intervals can improve your ear, strengthen your sight-reading, and make learning new music faster and more intuitive.

Join us online every Tuesday at 6pm during term as we explore music theory in a practical, engaging, and musician-friendly way.

Whether you’re preparing for exams or simply want a deeper understanding of music, Music Theory Tuesday will help you become a more confident and complete musician.

Lest We Forget

Honoured to have been part of this year’s Lest We Forget Sunset Tribute - a truly moving and beautiful ANZAC Eve commemoration held at the Sydney Opera House, marking “the going down of the sun” in remembrance of those who served and sacrificed for our nation.

A sincere thank you to Anthony McCarthy and Australian Remembrance Foundation for the kind invitation to be involved in such a special and meaningful tribute alongside Jane Rutter. The Foundation continues to do remarkable work in honouring Australia’s fallen, returned and current servicemen and women through these national commemorative events.

In memory of ’s grandfather, Captain John Noble Shipton, who served with distinction across two world wars, including the Light Horse at Gallipoli.
